With over 30 years of experience in HVAC and engineering, including his role as Vice President of Field Operations at Hobbs & Associates, Michael brings a comprehensive skill set in sales, technical operations, safety, fleet management, and customer relations. He has a proven history of building service departments from the ground up and successfully expanding service operations. His leadership will be instrumental in growing AIR’s Service division and building successful business practices that align with the company’s long-term goals.

As Vice President, Michael will focus on enhancing service capabilities, developing forward-thinking solutions, and working closely with internal teams and external partners to ensure superior service delivery.
