NORFOLK, VA, —AIR Control Concepts (“AIR”) is pleased to announce the appointment of Nicholas Wieroniey, CPA, as Vice President of Accounting. Nicholas will oversee AIR's financial operations, leveraging his extensive accounting, auditing, and financial advisory background to ensure the company’s continued growth and financial excellence.

Nicholas brings over 15 years of experience in accounting, with leadership roles at PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC) in global markets including the U.S., U.K., and France. As a Director at PwC, he led numerous buy-side post-acquisition projects and business combination accounting for multinational private equity firms and Fortune 500 companies. His expertise spans various industries, including industrial products, pharmaceuticals, and life sciences, focusing on complex transactions, SEC reporting, and financial compliance.

As Vice President of Accounting, Nicholas will drive strategic financial initiatives, oversee regulatory compliance, and ensure robust financial reporting for AIR and its operating companies. His leadership will support AIR’s mission to maintain the highest financial integrity and operational efficiency standards.
