Norfolk, VA – AIR Control Concepts (“AIR”), a premier strategic leader in the commercial HVAC industry, is pleased to announce Cameron Kaupp as its new Vice President, Chief of Staff. Coming from a career in the financial services sector focused on mergers and acquisitions, Cameron brings valuable expertise to AIR Control Concepts as it continues to expand its influence in the commercial HVAC space. 

Cameron’s analytical, strategic thinking, and leadership capabilities position him to play a pivotal role in AIR Control Concepts' continued growth and operational excellence. Cameron most recently worked as a Private Equity Associate at Madison Dearborn Partners, one of AIR’s equity investment partners, where he focused on evaluating investments, M&A execution, and portfolio management. Prior to that, Cameron served as an Investment Banking Analyst in the Global Industrials Group at Goldman Sachs.

Cameron holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance and Applied and Computational Mathematics and Statistics from the University of Notre Dame.
