Meet Jonathan Hulecki,  Vice President, Government Services - AIR Global

Federal Agencies. Public Infrastructure. Military & National Security Mission-Critical Facilities. The infrastructure that cools and powers these facilities doesn't get to go offline, and the people responsible for it operate with no margin for error.

Following the terrorist attacks of September 11, 2001, Jonathan completed his bachelor's in business administration at The Citadel and answered the call to serve by joining the U.S. Navy. Over the next 20+ years, he served on active duty as both a Surface Warfare Officer and Navy SEAL, rising to the rank of Commander while leading high-performing teams across the Navy, Joint Force, and Special Operations community.

Throughout his distinguished military career, Jonathan held numerous operational and strategic leadership positions, including serving as a Special Operations Advisor at the CIA, Commanding Officer of a Navy SEAL Team, and concluding his service with a capstone assignment on the Joint Staff advising senior military leaders on national security and special operations. While on active duty, he also earned a master's degree from Georgetown University's Walsh School of Foreign Service and McDonough School of Business, further integrating national security expertise with executive business leadership.

After retiring from the Navy in 2025, Jonathan joined AIR's leadership team to establish and lead the Government Services Division. In this role, he is responsible for expanding AIR's presence across the federal, state, and local government markets while positioning the company's nationwide network of operating companies to support public-sector and federal customers both domestically and internationally.

Today, Jonathan partners with federal, state, and local government agencies, as well as leading engineering firms, contractors, and industry partners, to deliver mission-critical Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) power and cooling solutions. Under his leadership, AIR's Government Services team helps customers navigate complex procurement strategies, regulatory compliance, and project execution while leveraging AIR's global network of brands to deliver resilient, high-performance solutions supporting some of the nation's most critical infrastructure, defense installations, municipalities, healthcare systems, laboratories, data centers, and other mission-critical facilities.

“The standard of performance I hold myself and my team to was forged through service to our country, and I carry it into every client engagement. Government clients expect and deserve a partner who understands not just the technical scope of a project, but the operational weight behind it - the continuity of mission, the accountability to the taxpayer, and the trust that comes with getting it right to serve those who serve and protect our great nation. That’s what AIR brings to the public sector, and it’s why I’m proud to lead this effort.”

- Jonathan Hulecki, Vice President, Government Services, AIR Global

“Jonathan brings something rare to this role - genuine credibility earned both through his service in uniform and his tenure at AIR, strong relationships across the federal and public sector, and a deep understanding of what mission-critical truly demands. His leadership elevates our entire AIR team. We are fortunate to have him, and our clients are fortunate to work with him.”

- Mike Orr, Vice President, AIR Global
