AIR Control Concepts (“AIR”) announces the appointment of Chelsea Foley as Director of Business Development, effective immediately. In this role, she will support AIR’s Strategic Accounts initiatives and help drive coordinated growth across AIR’s national platform of operating companies.

Foley brings extensive experience in business development and commercial strategy within the HVAC and construction ecosystem, with a strong focus on relationship-driven growth, multi-site coordination, and enterprise customer support. Her role reinforces AIR’s commitment to delivering a unified, scalable approach for customers managing complex portfolios across regions.

Throughout her career, Foley has worked closely with owners, engineers, contractors, and internal teams to support business development efforts that span multiple markets and stakeholders. Her background positions her well to collaborate with AIR leadership and operating companies as the Strategic Accounts program continues to expand.

As Director of Business Development, Foley will work across AIR’s network to support national programs, strengthen enterprise relationships, and advance a delivery model built on centralized coordination, local execution, and long-term performance.
