AIR Control Concepts (“AIR”) announces the appointment of Stephanie Lauterbach-Diaz as In-House Counsel, effective immediately. Stephanie will lead AIR’s legal strategy and provide counsel across the company’s rapidly expanding network of operating companies.

Lauterbach-Diaz has worked closely with Hobbs & Associates and the broader AIR organization for more than six years as external legal counsel, giving her a deep understanding of our structure, growth model, and operational tempo. Her transition in-house marks a significant step in strengthening AIR’s internal capabilities as the company continues to scale nationally and globally.

A Virginia native, Lauterbach-Diaz is a double graduate of William & Mary, where she earned both her undergraduate degree and J.D. She began her legal career at Willcox Savage, one of the region’s premier law firms, representing AIR and other major corporate clients in acquisition and sale transactions, complex contract negotiations, regulatory compliance, and licensing matters. Her experience advising high-growth organizations—paired with her deep knowledge of AIR’s operating companies—positions her as a critical leader as AIR continues its accelerated expansion. 

In her new role, Lauterbach-Diaz will oversee all legal matters for AIR, including corporate governance, commercial agreements, regulatory strategy, licensing, and transaction support. She will work closely with AIR leadership and regional operating companies to provide strategic guidance and ensure legal alignment across the platform.
