AIR Welcomes 2026 Summer Intern Class Across the Network

The future of AIR is already here.

This summer, talented students from across the country have joined AIR Control Concepts and our operating companies to gain real-world experience, contribute to meaningful projects, and learn from some of the industry's best. From marketing and operations to engineering, service, sales, and support functions, these interns are playing an active role in the work that supports our customers and drives the AIR network forward.

Across the platform, interns are getting hands-on exposure to what makes AIR's operating model work — the blend of local market expertise and network-wide scale that defines how each OpCo serves its customers. Whether they're supporting a service team in the field, contributing to a marketing campaign, or working alongside engineers on a project, this summer's class is stepping directly into the work that matters.

AIR's approach to internships reflects a broader commitment to building talent from the ground up — investing in the next generation of MEP, HVAC, and controls professionals who will shape the industry's future. For students exploring careers in engineering, operations, sales, or support functions, the program offers a firsthand look at a fast-growing platform spanning more than 45 operating companies across North America and Europe.
