His recent tenure at TEAL Systems as Vice President of Marketing saw a 1200% increase in lead generation year-over-year, attributed to his adept skills in crafting compelling brand narratives and innovative digital strategies. Prior to TEAL, Doug served as the Director of Marketing at Meriton, where he launched a brand architecture strategy that defined a portfolio of commercial HVAC brands across the country.
