Shaping the Future of Service: A Look Back at the AIR Summit

Last week, more than 50 service leaders from across the U.S. and Canada came together in Richmond for the AIR Service & Solutions Summit — two days centered on alignment, innovation, and growth.
Hosted by Michael Morris, the summit brought together the teams driving our service performance across North America. Discussions spanned Day 2 programs, technology advancements, and new ways to elevate safety, drive efficiency, and deliver an exceptional customer experience, setting a new standard for service across AIR.
We also heard from new operating companies across the AIR network and deepened our alignment with the Parts team through a presentation led by Guy Scott , reinforcing how every function connects to deliver a higher standard of service. More than anything, the summit was about collaboration — bringing our regional leaders together to share ideas, build relationships, and shape what’s next for service across AIR.
A special thank you to Rachel Howard for her leadership in planning and execution, and to every attendee who showed up ready to collaborate, challenge, and lead. The standard keeps rising. So does the team behind it.
